All tents will form part of a rental pool. Centralised reservations and marketing of the tents will be conducted world-wide by the resort manager in order to realize maximum return on investment to owners. If a tent owner chooses not to utilise the facility, the tent will automatically form part of the central reservation pool. Income from this resource will be distributed on a quarterly basis. All tent owners will receive a 10% rebate from the resort manager on all income-driven activities available for use on the resort, including the restaurant, conference facilities, fly-fishing. etc A nominal contribution is payable by each shareholder towards the maintenance of the property in the form of an anticipated levy of only R290 per month. INVESTMENT PROCESS Investors receive their shareholding certificate subsequent to the transfer of the investment capital and are automatically thereafter represented by the Tent-Owners' Association. Shares in a specific tent at a specific location are available and the investor will have the opportunity to choose between the two standard sizes on the property. INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
