DEVELOPMENT
Once completed, Kwenamanzi Resort will comprise 50 ultra-luxurious tented units. The tented units are for sale as individual share blocks, fully furnished in elegant splendour on a 15-hectare piece of land overlooking the river and the majestic mountain.
The investment opportunity is based on shared block ownership and owners will enjoy access to and profit-sharing from all other developed facilities, including the conference centre, restaurant and fly-fishing dams.
The shareholder obtains lifelong use of an exclusive, ultra-luxurious tented unit for four weeks of the year at a fraction of the individual development cost. Via a rotating roster system, occupation will be shared between owners of a shared block, ensuring equal access to the facility over peak holiday seasons.
The luxury safari tents are built, either as a two-bedroom (sleeps 4) or a three-bedroom (sleeps 6) option, on a solid wooden deck. The shareholder can relax in the distinctive quaintness of a luxurious tent, tastefully furnished with leather sofas, wooden carpentry, a fully equipped kitchenette and ultra-luxurious bathrooms.
Each unit will have its own private sun deck, braai facility and uniquely designed heated swimming pool. The environment is one of quiet solitude that offers comfort and peace of mind - the ideal place to simply appreciate the beauty of nature's own paradise.
DEVELOPMENT STATUS
Phase 1 of the development, consisting of 10 tents, will be completed during 2008 and the remaining 40 tents and other facilities (Phase 2) during the first quarter of 2009. This objective is directly linked to marketing and may be completed faster, especially since two show units will be finalised at the end of July 2008.
A tent will, subsequent to that, be erected at 50% sales-per-chosen-share block.
